We invest with our neighbors in mind, identifying under-utilized properties that have the potential to transform communities. With roots in Missoula and the Bitterroot dating back to the homesteading days, along with an expansive network in Idaho, Oregon and Colorado, Shadowcast has strong relationships with civic and community stakeholders in the region.  We utilize this local goodwill to uncover un-marketed properties in emerging growth corridors with significant value/upside potential.
